We’ve been talking to the lovely Jo Hodson, co-owner of the Cumberland Arms about her plans for outdoor performances over the summer, and we’ve pinned down a date fo the first Suggestibles show since the first lockdown  - put Sunday 20th June in your diary!

The Cumberland Arms has been the Suggestibles' home venue since January 2004, and our last show there was March 2019, just one week before the pandemic struck. It’s been over 17 months of no live shows, so you might imagine how excited we are at the prospect of playing a show at the Cumby after all this time. Jo is thrilled to have received a grant from the Cultural Fund to support live performances. If you know the Cumberland, you’ll know that it’s much more than a pub, though a mighty fine pub it is too. Jo’s passion is bringing the arts to regular folk, and because of the grant, she can put on these events for free. 

The Suggestibles' show will be ticketed, but at no cost to you. The show will be in the evening and outdoors, in the beautiful courtyard in front of the pub. The Suggestibles will play under the canopy, and the whole audience will be seated. 

We're just planning the times and a few technical bits and bobs, and will update here on how to get tickets as soon as it's all sorted.
