Cancellations

To cancel your booking, log in to your account.

Alternatively, email us if you need assistance

Should you need to cancel at very short notice, send a text to the number in your booking confirmation email.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless:
-
you cancel within 14 days of placing your order (the cooling off period)

and no less than 14 days before the event is due to start.

Please allow up to 14 days for eligible refunds to be applied.

Note: We can only apply refunds to tickets bought directly from us for our shows at the Cumberland Arms. We cannot provide refunds for shows purchased elsewhere at other venues.
Transfers

We provide a ticket transfer facility.

With at least 7+ days notice you can transfer your ticket.

Login to your account to transfer your ticket/s to another of our published events at the Cumberland Arm happening within the next 6 months.

You can only transfer your ticket to another of the same value or less.

You can only transfer a ticket once.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or postpone a show:

We will inform you as soon as possible by way of the contact information you provide when you book.

You will be offered transfer to a suitable event or a discount code to use on another event, whichever you prefer.

We are not liable for travel expenses, or any other out-of-pocket expenses in respect of cancelled performances.
